so as one of my colleagues has pointed out, summer is at the halfway point and almost nothing of consequence has occurred or gotten accomplished. Having made that statement, keep in mind that the family vacation is next week with the real life co-mingling with the wife's blog buddies happens the week after. What hasn't happened and probably won't for awhile? Going Home. It's needed and a vital part of the family summer traditions.
